We begin with the body.

Kia ora, I’m a Men’s Health & Leadership Coach and Structural Engineer who has spent years balancing analytical problem-solving with deep personal wellbeing. I understand what it’s like to juggle work, relationships, and responsibility while quietly wanting more presence and meaning in life.

Before I ever stepped into engineering, I discovered the power of somatic and holistic practices. They’ve kept me grounded, clear, and alive — and now I guide men to cultivate that same steadiness and vitality.

As a Certified Mind-Body Coach, I integrate embodied practice with practical leadership development. I help men reconnect with their body’s intelligence, restore sustainable energy, and lead from clarity and purpose rather than pressure.

My work is rooted in coherence — expressed through presence, discernment, vitality, and regeneration. Through somatic practice and embodied inquiry, I support men to move from internal tension and overdrive into grounded, aligned leadership.

I’m Dylan Kaufman, a Certified Mind-Body Coach, structural engineer, and holistic practitioner dedicated to supporting men in reclaiming vitality, presence, and purpose. Over the years, I’ve trained as a Yoga Therapist, Holistic Life Coach, Creative Arts Therapist, Deep Tissue Massage Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, and Animal Flow Instructor—allowing me to bring a deeply integrative approach to transformation.

I created Elemental Flow as a way to blend somatic practices, qi gong, and energy medicine into a grounded, practical framework for personal growth. My work bridges the structural and the soulful—helping you reconnect with your body, relieve stress, and step into leadership and life with clarity and confidence.
