Men's Circle

Presence. Grounding. Real Conversation.

A monthly space for men to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and meet life from a steadier place.

Why This Space Exists

Many men are carrying a lot.

Work pressure.
Relationship tension.
Mental load.
A sense of always needing to “hold it together.”

Most spaces don’t give men permission to pause –
or to speak honestly without needing to perform, fix, or explain.

This circle exists to offer something different.

A grounded environment where:

  • you don’t need to have answers
  • you don’t need to share more than feels right
  • you don’t need to be anyone other than yourself

Just presence.
Just perspective.
Just real human connection.

What Happens in a Men's Circle

Each gathering is simple and intentional.

We meet on the land.
We begin by slowing down the body and breath.
We create a shared field of respect and confidentiality.

There may be:

  • a short grounding or cenetering practice
  • a guided reflection or theme
  • time for voluntary sharing
  • periods of silence
  • time for group discussion

You are always free to pass.
Listening is as welcome as speaking.

There is no pressure to be vulnerable.
Depth arises naturally when the space is ready.

Who This Is For

This circle is open to men who:
  • want to feel more grounded and present
  • value honesty over performance
  • are navigating work, relationships, or life transitions
  • sense there’s more depth available than constant busyness
  • want connection without drama or hype

You do not need prior experience with men’s work, meditation, or group spaces.

You just need a willingness to show up

What This Is Not

To be clear, this is not:
  • a therapy group
  • a motivational seminar
  • a spiritual bypass space
  • a place to be “fixed”
  • a place where anyone is pushed to share

This is a steady container –
where presence does the work.

About the Facilitator

Dylan Kaufman

I work at the intersection of men’s health, embodiment, and leadership.

My background includes:

  • somatic and body-based practices
  • architectural engineering and systems thinking
  • nature-based and land centred work

I’m interested in what helps men become steady, clear, and embodied –
not through force, but through presence.

My role is not to lead from the front,
but to hold the structure that allows the group to unfold safely and honestly.

A Final Note

You don’t need to wait until things are falling apart to come to a circle.

Many men come simply to:

  • breathe more fully
  • listen more deeply
  • reconnect with themselves
  • build friendships

If that speaks to you, you’re welcome here.
