Specialising in mind-body medicine for embodied transformation, self-discovery, and leadership, Dylan Kaufman will support you to access the next level of wellness. Through an experiential coaching model, clients will discover the core principles and processes that may guide towards optimal health, life satisfaction, and impactful leadership.

FORTNIGHTLY 1 HOUR YOGA CLASS

Beginners yoga and qigong classes to introduce practices which may boost the wellbeing of the team through physical movement, breath, intention, and mindfulness. This somatic movement program focuses on the integration of the mind and body, and it can have a powerful impact on individuals live’s by promoting body awareness, stress reduction, trauma healing, mind-body integration, self-empowerment, and holistic optimisation.

FORTNIGHTLY 1 HOUR WORKPLACE WELLBEING TALK

Education about a holistic, mind-body approach that promotes wellbeing, performance and effectiveness. This teaches people how to release stress, restore vitality, and regenerate their creative life force. This consists of lectures and workshops that address mental health, physical health, stress management, work-life balance, healthy relationships, professional development, inclusion & diversity, workplace environment, and employee engagement.

 

MONTHLY LEADERSHIP MEETING

Meeting with key leaders in the business, covering topics such as wellbeing, relationships, conflict management, and leadership.

ONLINE LEARNING PLATFORM & RESOURCES

This will include deepening practices to supplement your wellbeing with resources that can be utilied online from home. This may include:
