This methodology aims to give you a more sustainable and complete transformation. It focuses on the following three aspects of somatics:
emphasises living inside of your own body, noticing the language of sensation and the aliveness of your soma. Observing the embodied inner experience and being fully yourself.
emphasises that we are, and become what we practice. Purposeful, action-focused practices that align with what we most care about generate deep embodied habits aligned with the difference we want to make.
emphasises working with the habitual patterns, conditioned tendencies and survival reactions rooted within the soma. This works with going in an unpacking contractions in the soma to allow deep transformation to happen.
Within somatics we are getting to know the patterns that we are organised inside of. This allows an increased awareness of how individuals are shaping and organizing themselves. Choice follows awareness, and so somatic awareness allows more choice to happen. And then with practice, new actions can happen. Somatics supports the embodiment of new choices, so we are practicing new and different ways of being that are more aligned with what we care about, our vision, and our values.
Embodied transformation allows us to be and become more present in a wide range of situations; to be present and make contact with a wider range of different humans and styles; to be able to listen to what is it that I long for, who am I now, and how do I interact skillfully with my world, and take action.
This holistic process enhances our capacity to sense, feel, meet, and be met. This may catalyse a positive change of embodied habitual patterns, conditioned tendencies, and worldviews. It explores what is currently embodied and what needs to be embodied for the new vision of who they want to become, that new way of being.
This Cycle of Change has been adapted from The Embody Lab’s Mind-Body Coaching program. This model represents a transformative process that draws on the collective wisdom of world-renowned somatic and mindfulness coaches.

Stage 1: Embodied Awareness
Invites you to notice what you’re aware of in your body in the present moment, and notice how and what you attend to.
Stage 2: Sensing/Feeling
Invites you to connect with the sensations and feelings rather than just observe or notice them.
Stage 3: Expression
Invites you to follow embodied impulses towards expression, mobilisation, and transformation.
Stage 4: Insight/Meaning-Making
Invites you to consider what meanings emerge from your embodied experience, and listen for meaning that arises from the body.
Stage 5: Action and Integration
Invites you to act on your embodied insights and to integrate what you’ve learned into everyday life.
The cultivation of somatic awareness, somatic practices, and somatic opening supports a cellular healing process that helps you to release stress, restore vitality, and move towards a state of health and balance.
