This program offers a holistic, body-centered method to create positive impact, integration, and acceleration of personal growth. This unique program provides a collection of practical tools that guide the change process.
Specialising in mind-body medicine for embodied transformation, self-discovery, and leadership, Dylan Kaufman will support you access the next level of wellness. Through an experiential coaching model, clients will discover the core principles and processes that may guide towards optimal health, life satisfaction, and impactful leadership.
This integrative approach to coaching will empower clients to gain access to the unique qualities that only they embody. Through a balance of action-focused practices and depth processing, Mind-Body Coaching empowers clients in developing the skills to achieve their goals, realise their life vision, transform stuck patterns, and deepen connections.
This program draws on somatic coaching practices and natural therapies including mindfulness, Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga, Qigong, Somatic Stress Release, Reiki, shamanism, and Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy.
This coaching program will include weekly video calls and deepening practices, and is available as a 6-week process or 12-week process. This offers a process that distills a holistic methodology to integrate into daily life.
THIS COACHING PROGRAM IS DIVIDED INTO SIX MODULES
This Cycle of Change has been adapted from The Embody Lab’s Mind-Body Coaching program. This model represents a transformative process that draws on the collective wisdom of world-renowned somatic and mindfulness coaches.
OUR AIM IS EMBODIED TRANSFORMATION
Dylan brings a unique perspective to wellness by taking both an individual and holistic approach. In the mind-body coaching session, we utilise a blend of purposeful, action-focused practices and depth processing, to move through the cycle of change and help you actualise your goals to live a more fulfilled, embodied life.
WHERE WE START
Purpose/ Longing: Working together to help you to identify your goals or intentions. Essential questions include: What do you want? What do you care about? Who do you want to become? How do you want to belong? What are you here for (purpose)?
Stage 1: Embodied Awareness
Invites you to notice what you’re aware of in your body in the present moment, and notice how and what you attend to.
Stage 2: Sensing/Feeling
Invites you to connect with the sensations and feelings rather than just observe or notice them.
Stage 3: Expression
Invites you to follow embodied impulses towards expression, mobilisation, and transformation.
Stage 4: Insight/Meaning-Making
Invites you to consider what meanings emerge from your embodied experience, and listen for meaning that arises from the body.
Stage 5: Action and Integration
Invites you to act on your embodied insights and to integrate what you’ve learned into everyday life.
The Mind-Body Coaching program can be offered as a 6-week program or 12-week program. Clients may decide which duration of this program they are ready to commit to. Ongoing support after completion of the program can be discussed.
COACHING CALLS
We will have a weekly video call for you to discuss any discoveries that you come to through out the week. We will have space to work through any blockages, discuss energy management, provide tools, co-create an action plan, and other support you want to work through more thoroughly.
LEARNING PLATFORM & RESOURCES
Through out this program, there will be journaling inquiries, introduction to new practices, and educational materials to learn and gain perspective. Mind-body coaching workbooks are used to guide your inquiry, create change and track progress. You will be able to access pre-recorded yoga classes, meditations & somatic practices.
TEXT & VOICE MESSAGES
I will be available at least 2 days a week to respond via text or voice messages to any questions that you may have.
