This unique holistic health service is designed for individuals wanting to explore a Creative-Healing Arts approach that combines the power of a variety of creative modalities, such as art-making, dance, storytelling, music, sound therapy, sculpture, drama, and meditation to foster transformative change.

This service offers a collaborative, creative process to create positive impact, integration, and acceleration of personal growth.  This unique program provides a collection of practical tools that guide the change process.

Specialising in mind-body medicine for embodied transformation, self-discovery, and leadership, Dylan Kaufman will support you access the next level of wellness. Through an experiential therapeutic model, clients will discover the core principles and processes that may guide towards optimal health, life satisfaction, and impactful leadership.

This integrative approach to creative-healing arts therapy will empower clients to gain access the unique qualities that only they embody. Through a balance of action-focused practices and depth processing, Creative – Healing Arts Therapy empowers clients in developing the skills to achieve their goals, transform stuck patterns, strengthen relationships, and realise their life vision, .

This program draws on natural therapies and mind-body approaches including mindfulness, Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy, Yoga, Qigong, shamanism, and expressive arts.

Discover your generative creative power and your innate deep wisdom while developing skills to overcome physical, mental and emotional hurdles and realise your dreams.

This coaching program will include weekly video calls and deepening practices, and is available as a 6-week process or 12-week process. This offers a process that distills a holistic methodology to integrate into daily life.

THIS COACHING PROGRAM IS DIVIDED INTO SIX MODULES

MODULE 1: ATTUNEMENT TO YOUR INNERMOST SELF

  • Attune to your body, the present moment, and your innermost self
  • Establish safety for the nervous system to relax and deeper presence to open and be felt
  • Connect to your longing and purpose to identify your goals or intentions

MODULE 2: RIGHT RELATIONSHIP

  • Establish an intentional lifestyle with mind-body medicine practices for embodied transformation, self-discovery and leadership
  • Shift into presence and sacred living founded upon a full embrace of divine feminine and masculine energies, and grounded in sacred values and principles.
  • Awaken to reality as it is and establish yourself in the present in order to touch the wonders of life that are available

MODULE 3: INNER UNION

  • Identify your strengths, unique gifts, mission and vocation
  • Develop the muscle of the deep sense of your self and the underlying wholeness or hidden unity of life
  • Create a ceremony to commitment to expand your capacity to love, and to anchor deep integrity and alignment

MODULE 4: SHADOW

  • Face your survival fears and habitual patterns that no longer serve
  • Learn how to rewire your brain, transform limiting beliefs, and heal trauma
  • Consciously work through the pieces that inhibit the love that you are

MODULE 5: INITIATION

  • Go an a land journey to internally dedicate yourself to the embodied transformation process, turning towards evolution with a full heart, longing and will
  • Learn how to sustain your vibration so that it has more love, freedom and self-empowerment in it
  • Increase your ability to hold full presence as a soul, as love, and hold to your sacred values

MODULE 6: INTEGRATION

  • Share the unique qualities that only you embody, act on your embodied insights, and incorporate what you’ve learned into everyday life
  • Stablise your shift in energy and identity by getting all parts of you aligned
  • Build your soul masterpiece, body of work and uplifting contribution to the world

Mind-Body Coaching Cycle of Change

This Cycle of Change has been adapted from The Embody Lab’s Mind-Body Coaching program. This model represents a transformative process that draws on the collective wisdom of world-renowned somatic and mindfulness coaches.

OUR AIM IS EMBODIED TRANSFORMATION

Dylan brings a unique perspective to wellness by taking both an individual and holistic approach. In the mind-body coaching session, we utilise a blend of purposeful, action-focused practices and depth processing, to move through the cycle of change and help you actualise your goals to live a more fulfilled, embodied life.

WHERE WE START

Purpose/ Longing: Working together to help you to identify your goals or intentions. Essential questions include: What do you want? What do you care about? Who do you want to become? How do you want to belong? What are you here for (purpose)?

THE CYCLE OF CHANGE

The Five Stages

Stage 1: Embodied Awareness

Invites you to notice what you’re aware of in your body in the present moment, and notice how and what you attend to.

Stage 2: Sensing/Feeling

Invites you to connect with the sensations and feelings rather than just observe or notice them.

Stage 3: Expression

Invites you to follow embodied impulses towards expression, mobilisation, and transformation.

Stage 4: Insight/Meaning-Making

Invites you to consider what meanings emerge from your embodied experience, and listen for meaning that arises from the body.

Stage 5: Action and Integration

Invites you to act on your embodied insights and to integrate what you’ve learned into everyday life.

PROGRAM DETAILS

This creative-healing arts therapy program will include weekly video calls and deepening practices, and is available as a 6-week process. This offers a process that distills a holistic methodology to integrate into daily life.

 

Creative-Healing Arts that may be incorporated in this program include:

  • Movement & Dance: elemental movement meditation, free body movement
  • Sound Healing: Medicine drums, tribal rhythms, music, and meditation
  • Journaling and Writing: creative writing, poetry, reframing experiences, and gratitude reflections
  • Visual Arts: creating with acrylic/ oil/ watercolour paint, colouring pencils, charcoal, or oil pastels
  • Tactile Therapy: sand play, clay sculptures, environmental arts
  • Drama Therapy: storytelling, aspecting, and roleplay

What is Included?

THERAPUETIC CONSULTATION CALLS

We will have a weekly video call for you to discuss any discoveries that you come to through out the week. We will have space to work through any blockages, discuss energy management, provide tools, co-create an action plan, and other support you want to work through more thoroughly.

LEARNING PLATFORM & RESOURCES

Through out this program, there will be journaling inquiries, introduction to new practices, and educational materials to learn and gain perspective. You will be able to access pre-recorded yoga classes, meditations & somatic practices.

TEXT & VOICE MESSAGES

I will be available at least 2 days a week to respond via text or voice messages to any questions that you may have.

DEEPENING PRACTICES / HOMEWORK

Each week you will receive deepening practices for you to complete before our next session. This may include:
