This can included gentle flowing sequences, breath-centered exercises, and movements that encourage freedom and release.
  4. Fire: The fire element embodies transformation, passion, and vitality. An embodiment flow inspired by fire may involve dynamic, energizing movements that generate heat and activate your inner fire. This can include fiery poses, power flows, and vigorous exercises that build strength and generate energy.
  5. Ether: The fifth element of ether or space is often associated with expansiveness, interconnectedness, and spiritual awareness. Incorporating ether into an embodiment flow can involve practices that cultivate stillness, presence, and a sense of spaciousness within the body and mind. This can include meditation, mindfulness practices, and gentle movements that encourage surrender and connection with the surrounding space or something larger than oneself.
