This unique yoga therapy program is designed for individuals wanting to explore a Mind-Body approach that combines the power of yoga, mindfulness, and somatics to foster embodied transformation.

This program offers a holistic, body-centered method to create embodied awareness, liberation, and acceleration of cellular healing & evolution.  This unique program provides a collection of mind-body tools that guide the embodied transformation process.

Specialising in mind-body medicine for embodied transformation, self-discovery, and leadership, Dylan Kaufman will support you access the next level of wellness. Through an experiential yoga therapy model, clients will discover the core principles and processes that may guide towards optimal health, inner harmony, and enlightenment in everyday life.

This integrative approach to yoga therapy will empower clients to gain access to the innate wisdom of their body. Through a balance of action-focused practices and depth processing, Yoga Therapy empowers clients in developing the skills to release stress, restore vitality, and deepen embodied insight.

This program draws on somatic coaching practices and natural therapies including mindfulness, Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga, functional movement, Qigong, Somatic Stress Release, Reiki, shamanism, and Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy.

Learn to cultivate your internal energy, mobilise unprocessed stress, and increase your mental-balance, embodied presence, and wellbeing.

PROGRAM DETAILS

This yoga therapy program  is available as a 6-week or 12-week process and will include weekly video calls or in-person sessions followed by deepening practices. This offers a process that distills a holistic methodology to integrate into daily life. The Yoga Therapy Program may follow the structure detailed below, or be uniquely created to meet your wants and needs.

THIS YOGA THERAPY PROGRAM IS DIVIDED INTO SIX MODULES

MODULE 1: : QIGONG FOR SELF-REGULATION & SPINAL MOBILITY

  • Attune to your body, the present moment, your intentions, and your innermost self
  • Establish safety for the nervous system to relax and deeper presence to open and be felt
  • Learn mindful movements for a supple spine and movement of internal energy

MODULE 2: HATHA YOGA FOR INNER HARMONY & FLEXIBILITY

  • Awaken to reality as it is and establish yourself in the present in order to touch the wonders of life that are available
  • Learn gentle physical movement and breathing techniques to transform dis-ease and stress into compassionate attention and inner harmony
  • Shift into embodied presence and establish an intentional lifestyle with mind-body medicine practices and timeless principles

MODULE 3: ELEMENTS QIGONG FOR HOLISTIC BALANCE

  • Learn movements inspired by the 5 elements to awaken and unify body, heart, spirit, mind, and soul
  • Energetically attune with cosmic life energy and natures healing powers with this movement ritual to commitment to expanding your capacity to love, and to anchor deep integrity and alignment
  • Develop the muscle of the deep sense of your Self and the underlying wholeness or hidden unity of life

MODULE 4: VINYASA FLOW FOR INNER FIRE & LIBERATION

  • Learn flowing movement sequences that to build strength, inner fire, and vitality
  • Mobilise unprocessed stress and liberate your embodied expression
  • Develop mental focus, motivatation and confidence to achieve your goals

MODULE 5: EMBODIED DANCE JOURNEY

  • Go an a embodied dance journey to internally dedicate yourself to the embodied transformation process, turning towards evolution with a full heart, longing and will
  • Learn how to sustain your vibration through free-body movement so that it has more love, freedom and self-empowerment in it
  • Increase your ability to transform stuck patterns, liberate energy, and return to center admits change

MODULE 6: WHOLE BEING SOMATIC INTEGRATION

  • Share the unique qualities that only you embody, act on your embodied insights, and incorporate what you’ve learned into everyday life
  • Stablise your shift in energy and identity by getting all parts of you aligned

What is Included?

YOGA THERAPY SESSIONS

We will have a weekly video call or in-person session for you to learn new movement sequences and discuss any discoveries that you come to through out the week. We will have space to work through any blockages, discuss energy management, provide tools, co-create an action plan, and other support you want to work through more thoroughly.

LEARNING PLATFORM & RESOURCES

Through out this program, there will be journal prompts, introduction to new practices, and educational materials to learn and gain perspective.

DEEPENING PRACTICES / HOMEWORK

Each week you will receive deepening practices for you to complete before our next yoga therapy session. This may include:
